Held at The Deer Park, Hoar Cross, this intimate retreat offers the opportunity to step away from daily demands and invest in your wellbeing.

A retreat creates a pause in our busy lives. It is an invitation to rest, move mindfully and gain perspective. It allows you to step back from constant demands and reconnect with your body, your breath and your inner calm.
 

Even a single day of intentional space can rebalance your energy, replenish your focus and renew your sense of clarity.
